With the development of CAD/CAM technology, it has applied in dental cosmetology. It will substitute for the traditional manual prosthetics.Under this background, This dissertation combines with high and new technique cooperative program"Computer aided design and computer aide manufacturing system for tooth renovation". Base on the analysis of the process principle and the limitation of the original system prototype, this paper has redesigned the organization, and has research to certain essential technologies of the system, carry out the tool-path planning and the tool compensation.This research has include these following:Firstly, Base on the analysis of the process principle and the limitation of the original system prototype, this paper has analyzed the reasons and redesigned the both organization and control of system, to improve the force condition this paper redesigned the organization of tool arm, to improve the precision of system change the motor and control card, and add the tool auto-check equipment.Secondly, in order to improve the effective of machining process, for the tool-path planning, this system come up with a way which both tool arm coordinate the movement in the same time, and used the process pattern of move toward opposite side and cutting in row, avoided the cutting tool interference effectively; for this tool-path this paper use the way of making the cutter contact data by the second development of SolidWorks, and gained the cutter location data through the interference check.Finally, to improve the improve the precision of system, uses the demarcates block to demarcate and compensate the error, to improve on the system's precision carried on the system processing experiment to check the actual work performance and the precision of the system.
