Stepping motors have a wide application in industry fields, we can find them in machinery, instrument, industrial control etc, as we known, they have many advantages, there are cheaper, easy to control, no accumulate error and computer interface convenience. The performance of stepping motor system depends on the stepping motor hardware and its driver. For stepping motor, there are still some disadvantages usually: shaking in low frequency, exert insufficiently in high frequency, losing step, and noise running. This subject studies & developes a H-bridge type driving circuit by using MOSFET for stepping motor that use in the economy numerical control lathe specially. The new driving circuit uses EPROM2716 & pulse width modulating component TL494 etc. and apply the combination of linearly & sine method both to subdivide and drive, so as to achieve the constant micro-step angle.
