Prior mixed concrete is a building material with fluid characteristic. It needs special transport vehicle to carry the prior mixed concrete from mixing station to the building site. Along with the perfection of the market economy, the special concrete transporting corporation was giving birth as a new logistics company in the region which market developed perfectly. It established the concrete transporting corporation which independent of the concrete company with the manner of segregating the producing and transporting. The concrete transporting corporation filled up the blank of the transporting for building material.The mixing device is the most important department of the concrete mixer vehicle to load and transport the concrete. So this paper laid emphasis on discussing three dimension parameterized design of the canister and the vane. And then the mixing device was analyzed by LS-DYNA for its dynamical performance under four different woks. For the mixing device operate different action under the four woks such as loading, mixing, stirring and unloading.In this paper, the structure of canister and the vane were designed by using the method of parameterized. When designing the series of the products, the designer just need to adjust the respect parameters. So this design can reduce repetition work for designer, shorten design period, save design cost and improve design efficiency.By using CAE technique to analyze the canister and the vane, the important result that the middle part of the canister suffered the most force of the concrete were received. Based on the results it must be considered that the parts of the canister and the vane should have the same life. So in practice the canister and the vane were generally designed by welding the armor plate having different thick and different material.Based on the analysis results of the plastic strain contour, it can be known that the outside of the vane were deformed seriously due to the friction between the concrete and the vane. So it is necessary to weld a steel wire on the region which is deformed seriously on the vane to improve the endure capability.
