The design of the working mechanism of the mucker has experienced a far-flung process from "manual computation" to "electronic compution".At the same time, during the course of optimal design at present,with reference to the ascertain of variables, the target function and therestricted conditions, and the selection of the optimal method, they all have the characteristics of complecity and variety. The optimal result has prodigious difference. Due to its own characteristic, the design of the working mechanism of the mucker is an eternal task. In this article, the research on a typical reversal sides dump mechanism has been made, and the fire-new and integrated locomotor mathematic modeling of the working mechanism and mathematic modeling of optimal design has been established . The working mechanism was locomotor simulated by Pro/Engineer and the key part of the working mechanism was optimal designed. The details include the following several aspects.1. The movement regulation and the structure characteristics of the analytical mechanism, built up packing the mucker work mechanism an integrity of,in general use of all new mathematics model, and make to the parameter an explicit,clear definition, on the summary people of the past's experience .2. Make use of the Pro/Engineer software to dig,promote from the spade to the work mechanism,the side dump,return an auto put even whole processeses to carry on movement to locomotor simulation, got a key to order the any position is at the whole processeses of move,the value of the speed and acceleration, and carry on interfering with an examination.3. Make use of the ANSYS software to turn a design towards moving arm to carry on excellently, to descend move thick most ideal value of the arm interface shape and wall not influence a premise of move the arm strength.4. To move arm to carry on the modle analysis.
