The goal of the research subject is to improve the power of impulse stepless transmission, with this goal, lots of work have been done .Firstly, because the arched link of the transmission is easy to be buckled, we analysed its buckling by using the software ANSYS and get its stresss distribution and displacement graph, the most important thing is that the limit load is also can be calculated. Compared to the result of the actual measurement, the conclusion that the analysis of software is reliable can be come to. The research subject give us a complete method of buckling study in the processs of analysis. After the modification of the bended link to the straight link, we gained our end at the aspect of the power improvement.Secondly, through the using of the simulateion software ADAMS, we simulated several modified programs and gained their variable curves of output velocity, hence we can visually see its output character. Having all these dates, we got its optimizing mechanism.
