In recent years,"unpolluted energy"vehicles have got a quick development and extensive application in urban transportation because of human's recognition of energy crisis and pollution of the environment. Now, buses and taxes are changed to LPG or other else"unpolluted energy"vehicles in many inland cities. At the same time, LPG stations are built continuously for filling the requirement of LPG.Safety and market requirement are mainly considered in LPG station's planning layout currently, but the disadvantage of this kind of way become obviously by LPG station's quantity increasing. The layout of LPG stations is not a single traffic establishment any more, rationality of the layout will influence the function of LPG network; expedite urban roadway and economic benefit of the whole LPG stations. It's the most urgent problem to resolve for governor and deviser of LPG station is how to optimize the layout under scientific and systemic theory's guidance.This thesis integrated the development actuality of urban and overseas LPG station, thorough analyzed the influencing fact of LPG station's layout for availing urban transportation, and put forward a way which linked qualitative analysis and quantificational account to optimize the station's layout by scientific, systemic and integrative viewpoint. Following aspects are mainly researched.(1) Basing on the development of LPG station and on the careful analyses to the factors and principles, the thesis explores the optimum way to select the LPG station site, which requires that designers first think balancing the supply and custom and gaining the high city to select it. The site to be suit economic efficiency in the traffic system of the site, then consider to the safe standards.(2) This thesis describing the development of LPG vehicle by scientific and systemic theory and build regression model and GM (1,1) to forecast future requirement of LPG. Synchronously research LPG customer's behavior and analyze the distribution of LPG requirement.(3) The quantity and size of urban LPG station is the base of optimize layout. To meet the require of balancing the supply and custom, all scale of the LPG station in the city cannot be decided simply according to the number of customs through adding or taking away a station. Basing on supply and requirement's balance and optimization of whole economic efficiency respectively, the thesis quantifies the condition of restraining the scale and number of the station and builds up the model of distributing the LPG station scale in the city.(4) According to LPG custom's distribution and the state of traffic network in a city, the thesis divides whole city into the reasonable districts and allocates the calculated number and scale of station to the traffic network. Using the center model etc.,the thesis deduces the layout of the LPG station network.(5) Based on the whole aim of this research-selecting the site to benefit the use of the city traffic system, improve whole profits of the station and customs, the thesis explores the method of evaluating the selected site and brings up the evaluating targets and the calculating model for optimizing the LPG station site.(6) Combining the situation of Guangzhou city's LPG station network, this thesis optimizes the station sites by this way. While deciding the LPG station site, designers can refer to these results.In a word, the thesis systemic analyzed the problem of urban LPG station's planning layout using the way which combined with academic research and actual application based on the practical problem of LPG station's planning and design. And it is benefit to the layout method and evaluation technique of urban LPG station.
