In the recent years, because of the on-load tap changer(OLTC) has been adopted extensively in power system, the effect which make it to the voltage stability is more and more paid attention to by people. Especially the voltage instability and collapse which related to OLTC appear frequently on abroad, people more clear away known the on-load tap change quality of OLTC take a significant effect on voltage stability. Study on the relation between on-load change and voltage stability have important significance.At present the main methods of study voltage stability are follows, the analytic method which based on physical concept, the static analytic method which based on power equation, the dynamic method which based on differential-algebra equations and the disturb analytic method which based on linear differential equations. In this paper mainly through the static analytic method that based on power equation to analyze power system include the OLTC. Because of the rate of OLTC is changeable, the solving power equation method is different from the traditional N-L method. In this method the Jacobi Matrix have the factor of OLTC's rate, so using it to analyze voltage stability is better.In this paper, through simulation can conclude that if the parameters are suitable, the Power System have a best operating point. Afterwards, analyze the factors which affect the best operating point by simulation.
