PK prestressed composite slab is a new composite floor structure by improving the traditional prestressed composite slab, its precast slab is a prestressed ribbed panel of which prestressed steel is a spiral ribbed high-strength wire, which make the precast component a higher stiffness and buckling capacity. Consequently, the precast components don't need any interim falseworks to be supported in the mid-span as bottom forms when the laminated concrete lay is being placed .furthermore, to form two-way slabs, the transverse steels can be arranged through the rectangular cores in the ribs of the precast slabs as needed. It makes the construction of composite two-way slabs easier and more feasible, practical, and suitable to introduce and apply to the building construction on a large area.On basis of the experiment of a PK prestressed composite floor slab under static water, its working performances are studied and analyzed. The experimental result indicate that the working characters of the test floor slab is typically two-way obviously, the floor slab that is reinforced two-way by setting transverse steels through the rectangular cores in the ribs of the precast slabs, has excellent bulking property ,high bearing capacity, cracking resistance and so on. When the ratio of spans is satisfied, prestressed composite floor slabs are designed as two-way slabs, which correspond to the working performances more.Furthermore, the stiffness of PK assembly composite slabs is analyzed by the ultimate bending test under even load,the analysis shows that the distribution of stiffness of is not even in PK Prestressed composite two-way slabs which attribute to the orthotropic plate ,and the stiffness distribution of the prestessed direction is two times that of the un-prestressed direction. On the basis, three elastic calculation coefficients of the two-way composite slab on three common boundary conditions are deduced and calculated by applying the classic elastic plane theory .In the thesis , the elastic design methods of PK Prestressed composite two-way slab is explored and studied by the example. Furthermore, it is also studied how to apply the yield-line design method to design the prestressed two-way composite floor slabs. Based on the engineering construction ,the thesis summarized the essentials of the construction and design of PK prestressed composite floor slabs .In addition the economic effect of PK Prestressed composite two-way slabs is analyzed by comparsion .
