The dissertation analyses energy sources consumption, distribution actuality, building energy conservation and simulation of the world at present. Then it clarifies the importance and advantage of computer simulation of the building energy consumption.Air conditioner has been equipped popularly in hot summer and winter cold regions. The residential air conditioning load calculation is essential to select the air conditioning equipment. Compared with other calculation methods of energy consumption, the dissertation confirms the computer simulation software DeST-h, and then expands more applying functions of DeST-h. The dissertation also analyses the climate, environment, residential status in hot summer and cold winter zone. With the software, the residential buildings of the zone are calculated and the result of building thermal performance and energy consumption are also exported. Referring to the result, the influence of the thermal parameters to the building energy consumption is analyzed all the more. Finally a reformed scheme is brought forward on the base of the calculated result which is compared with the former one, and is validated some energy conservation measure feasibility characteristic.It is very important to inconsider the adjacent room heat transfer in the calculation of load. A dynamic load calculation method is used in this paper. Factors that influence adjacent room heat transfer are analyzed with this method. Thermal characteristics of building envelope, building construction arrangement, room ventilation, indoor design conditions , air conditioning running scheme are considered in calculation. By way of quantitative analysis for heat transfer between adjacent room, it provide scientific basis for air-conditioning design of residential buildings.Ai present, the progress of the building energy conservation is developed rapidly in China, but it started late in hot summer and cold winter zone.
