Furthermore, other world-known rare animal, plant and human resources have been offering special conditions on which our scenery zones rise and develop. With the economic development and IT improvement in the 21st century, scenery resorts are confronted with valuable opportunities and challenges on the one hand, and need proposing new design notions, requirements and methods in scenery zone project on the other hand. Therefore, most designers will adopt ecological design notion and high-tech design method.Through the advanced geographical information system software (GIS) and based on the research of scenery zone construction's theory and developing tendency, this thesis adopts GIS's experiences in other fields and ecological design notion to analyses, conclusion and induction. At last through the use of Arc View software of which based on the illustration of the application, this thesis introduces and explains the applied process of this software in Wuerqihan Inner Mongolia. By the use of a number of processing interface, the thesis tries to demonstrate a creative construction method.
