The paper takes the cinder leakage of the circulating fluid bed boiler's air plate as the research topic, carries on the analysis and research in allusion to the seriously cinder leakage reason of the circulating fluid bed boiler in Baotou first thermal power plant.The cinder leakage of the circulating fluid bed boiler's air plate is very serious, on the foundation of the investigation and the analysis, the paper carries on the wind pressure and speed test experiment to the primary wind chamber, uses the k-epsilon double equation model to simulate the flow field of the primary chamber, and carries on analysis and research to the test and simulation result. In order to control the cinder leakage of the air plate effectively, proposes the improvement program to use the side herringbone funnel caps and install flow equalization plate, uses the k-epsilon double equation model to do numerical simulation and commercial test.
