With the implement of west development strategy, northwest interior area received a very rare development opportunity. Therefore, to develop city-and-town concentrates areas in northwest interior, to do a good research and plan for northwest interior cities, to construct it as the strategy forward-edge position as soon as possible in northwest economy development interior area, will lead northwest interior area and the national economy, even the society to develop continually, healthily and fleetly.
