Idle speed is one of the most important contents of engine control.In the paper,the first goalis to select a effective method to build idle model.In the foundation of idle model,effection ofPID and fuzzy controller are researched,and a more effective controller is put forward.The engine model is difficult to build because of its characteristics of non-linear andtime-delay.In the paper,examination is designed according to principle of systemidentification.By off-line parameters identification,dynamic model which input is injectionwidth and output is speed is built,and idle model is simplification and correction. Based on themodel,PID controller,fuzzy controller and GA-Based optimizing fuzzy controller are built,andthe control effection is emulated and analysised.Predictive control which has hard robustness is fit for control non-linear system,but it ishard to carry out for large amount of computation.In the paper,a predictive-PID controller isbuilt,which PID controller is used to replace optimize control problem of predictivecontrol.Result of emulation indicates that predictive-PID controller has effective contoleffection. |
