Vehicle network technology is the result of computer net work and field bus technology used in the automobile. With the development of automation,the length of line in the automobile get svery fast grow and layout become svery difficult. The vehicle net work technology not only solves the issue of layout, but also optimizes theControl of vehicle. Inourcountry, the research of vehicle network technology start very late and now we still have not our own product sonit. So we should speed up the development of our vehicle network technology.Based on the reference of lots of materials and research of vehicle network, In this design, the protocol of CAN Bus network with high performance and low cost is adopted among many main protocols of automotive network standardTechnical regulation of CAN Bus network is lucubrated and Data Link Layer andPhysical Layer in hierarchy structure of CAN Bus is described. It's basic concept and organizing rules and particularly represents the message, picture format,error style and checking error ability in CAN Bus are simply introduced.The paper bring forward a typical use of CAN in the vehicle boday. After simplifying it, the two automobile lights node and the motor information detect node is substituted for CAN nodes directly connecting to CAN Bus network and then to main control node.After presenting a common design module thought for automobile network, the main node , two automobile light nodes and the motor information detect node hardware design with the researched the EMC of our hardware.The pivot of this chapter is the choice of the ferrite, phototube and TVS,and the facture of the PCB board in the applications of the EMCand software debugging is completed. When this thesis is completed, the CAN communication in the experiment of automobile light control network platform has been realizedThe result indicates that the data can be transported at 62.5Kb/S baud rate stably, accurately and credibly. The basic thought of this design can be also used in other distributed CAN control system.
