Engine electronic control technology is regarded as one of the most important method toreduce the exhaust emissions and improve the power and economy performance.The strict emission regulations of many countries are introduced and the emission controlmethods are analyzed. The electronic control technology will become the essential method inthe future. A set of electronic control system for K157FM is developed. Performance test iscarried out on the electronic controlled engine and the results are presented.Consist of electronic control system and the technical characteristic is studied according tomotorcycle's own characteristic. The fuel supply system and the intake system, as well as thesignal modulation circuit and the drive circuit are designed. The method of the controllingparameter optimizing matching is studied. The controlling parameter on emission quality andthe emission control measure for cold start is studied though experiment. The MAP of ignitionadvance angle and injection pulse as well as the correction curve of warming-up and cylindertemperature is made though the control parameter matching experiment.The contrast test is carried out on fuel economy, emission quality and power performanceof the electronic controlled engine and the original one. The result indicated that the oilconsumption rate and the emission have large scale reduce, the power performance is improved.That showed that the system designing is successful. The system can greatly improve theengineering level of motorcycle engine and furthermore it is low costing and convenientinstalling, so it will have a good application prospect. |
