This article studies the reliability problem of the high-shear homogenizer's Stator-rotor formed homogenize cobbra due to stress and transmutation, and the relative analysis and account to it.Firstly analyzed the high-shear homogenizer's working principium and its extensive use in the modern industry, also its development trend in the inland and oversea. Then ,apply the relative mechanics theory to found the mechanics model for analyzing rotor's stress and transmutation. Introduced the importance of the study on the reliability of machine movement, and found the mathematic model for counting it. Analyzed the relative design parameters which have impact on the stress and transmutation caused by rotor's running. Exert the mode of parameteral modeling to found the three-dimensional model of the rotor's in the large finite element analysis software ANSYS, analyzed the rotor's stress and transmutation in the super-high velocity, and analyzed the relative design parameters of the rotor's with the Probabilistic Design System of ANSYS, then educed the key-parameters which have impact on the rotor's stress and transmutation.Moreover, based on the study above, first educed the numeration for counting the rotor's reliability on the super-high running condition, then made use of the key-parameters educed by the software in this reliability counting, then get the result of the reliability of the rotor in the relative design parameters.Finally, studied the fatigue reliability of the rotor in the super-high running condition, founded the relative counting models, and did some counting of fatigue reliability on the rotor, educed some results. The study of this article provide some reference for the develop of the Super-high-shear homogenizer, and establish definite foundation for the farther study and development in this domain.rotor in the enactment design parameters. In this dissertation also did some theory analysis of rotor's fatigue rapture. The study of this dissertation can analysis the impact degree of the rotor's design parameters to the rotor's capability, also can analysis rotor's reliability, so it can coach the design of superhigh velocity rotor well.
