| The system ware studied with the current existing state of fan and the requirement of ventilation house non-person management. The system contains the hardware and the software. With the design of hardware, the monitoring of flow rate is very difficult, at the same time the coal dust and the hydrosphere lead to the measurement error. The system monitoring flow rate by the measurement of static differential pressure, and it is more super than other measurement. The selected mating of sensors, modules and computer were according to the need of reliability and accuracy. The software were designed by Visual Basic 6.0, furthermore, modularized program were used by the software. The display part of software use the way of software is device is more visualize. The network part adopt the C/S system, the manager may survey the fan running conditions by used the client at all time. The industrial automation degree were increased by the monitor and control system.
