Technology Research Of The Electrostatic Safety Problem Of The Detonator

This paper aims at the problem that the electric detonator of the bridge-wire under the electrostatic function might take place explosion, analyses for the harmfulness of body static, the design structure of the detonator static and the factors caused by electrostatic problem. We determine the research direction of the topic and deeply analyze for the technology process of the detonator as well as the factors that are influenced by the technology, find five technical factors effect on the static problem of the detonator, and perform appropriate tests. Finally, we obtain five aspects confirmation and analysis' conclusion, and explore seven aspects to new technology method. This method is used in products practice; we effectively solve the electrostatic safety problem of the detonator, at the same time, we come to the conclusion that apply to the control aspects of the electric detonator technology process of the same kind.
