With more and more applications of shock absorber in automation industry, the modeling of shock absorber is import.This Paper is consist of the following parts: First, summarize the present station of shock absorber modeling, analysis the project background, research purpose target and content; Then, eatablish a neural network model of shock absorber, and validate it with expeimental data; By conbining physical model and neural network model, hybrid model of shock absorber is created; Then, a experiment table is set up to measure the dynamic charactoristic of shock absorber; Using the experimental data, the hybrid models is trained and evaluated, and they are proved to be appropriate;At last, a simulation interface of shock absorber is defined. This interface can be called by other applications(for example Pneumatic Simulation application, Shock Absorber Selection application etc.) to implement dynamic simulation of shock absorber.
