In this dissertation, the significance of vibration calibration and the present research status at home and abroad were introduced. The research on measurement and control system for vibration calibration devices has been done, supported by a project. This dissertation was arranged as follow.In chapter 1, first, the significance of vibration transducer calibration was depicted, and the calibration items and methods were described as well. Second, the present research status of vibration transducer calibration at home and abroad was introduced. Finally, the aims of dissertation and the research content were presented.In chapter 2, based on the analysis of electromagnetic vibration table's principle of work and structure, two kinds of vibration table's frequency respond curves were worked out based on voltage feedback and current feedback respectively.In chapter 3, the control system for vibration transducer calibration was analyzed and researched. First, the configuration of the measurement and control system was depicted. Second, the cut and try control algorithm about the table's vibration level was researched, and the programmable apparatuses, which were installed IEEE-488 interface communication, data acquisition and transfer, were also researched. Finally, the control algorithm of the vibration transducer calibration's items is analyzed and researched, including fixed-frequency,multi-frequency, linearity and sweep-frequency.In chapter 4, the calibration uncertainty of the vibration transducer and the methods of data processing were studied. The system uncertainty caused by the environment impact and the test apparatuses in the calibration system were deeply researched. And the feasible methods for data processing were applied in the program.In chapter 5, the whole vibration calibration system was tested. First, the apparatuses in the system and the vibration table were tested. Then, a transducer was tested on the system. The system was proved to reach an anticipated goal. Based on the experiment results and the analysis results, some feasible measures were presented.In chapter 6, the conclusion was drawn and the further research work which would be done in the near future was put forward.
