Traditional manual testing system which has complex structure, high cost, high failure rate and low accuracy, the testing procedure and result of which is influenced by artificial factors, is far from the testing demand of modern hydraulic elements and devices. With the development of computer technique, microelectronic technique, communication technique and sensor technique, modern testing technology such as hydraulic computer assistant testing system (CAT) and dummy instrument technique are becoming the directional development of current hydraulic testing system.This paper designs and exploits a PLC real-time testing and control system to be used on hydraulic multifunction integrative experimental bench. The system which is kernelled with PLC and assisted with a touch panel can provide a good man-machine interactive bench. Through communication with epistatic industrial computer, it can collect, process and analyze data with high speed. This kind of control model not only exploits the advantage that PLC has high control accuracy, strong anti-interference capacity and good reliability, but also makes full use of the good data analyzing and processing of industrial computer.In Chapter 1, an overall summary of hydraulic computer assistant testing system (CAT) technology and the history and development present state of PLC has been given. Explicate the advantage of hydraulic CAT technology based on PLC used in hydraulic elements testing and the research significance and contents of the project.In Chapter 2, bring forward the whole frame of the integrated testing and control system, emphasize the structure, composition and basic principle of each ingredient of the system. Analyze the experiment and testing method of hydraulic elements and system, making theoretical basement for the design of integrated testing and control system, setting up mathematical model for the exploitation of testing software.In Chapter 3, based on the modularization design idea, aimed at the feature of hydraulic testing and control system, design the gross structure of real-time testing and control software. Give a brief discussion of the major function of each module. Then describe the communication module, data processing and process control module and different algorithm in details. At last, analyze the advantage of modularization design idea in the design process of software.In Chapter 4, begin with the present state of man-machine interface, discuss the development and application of current touch panel. Aimed at the feature of hydraulic testing and control system, describe the allocation, function, design style and method of man-machine interface in details. |
