Study On The Reliability Analysis Of The Loader System And The Fuzzy Reliability-Optimization Design Of Its Gearbox

In this thesis , the reliability analysis of the hydraulic system for wheel loader were carried out by a reliability analysis method of the all newconcept-GO Methodology . And its gearbox was optimized by a methodof combining fuzzy theory with reliability-optimization design.This thesis expounded the present condition, method, and trend of the reliability study of mechanical system, and researched the theories and methods of the reliability distribution. The GO chart of the loader hydraulic system is built after analyzing the working process of its hydraulic system with the GO Methodology. The hydraulic parts were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The GO chart can show the interaction and relativity of not only system and parts but also between parts directly. The imitation of GO chart was easier to be checked, changed, mended and understood and accepted its meaning than the method of fault tree analysis by the engineering technical persons.
