| With the increasing competition of the engine market and the development of new science, the modern design methods are being used more and more widely in the engine design field in our country, However, the product development cost of complex engine parts(such as cylinder head and block)hasn't been cut short effectively.The main subject of this paper is to study on CAD of engine block and CAE of piston.The aim of this Paper is to improve the modem design level of engine and effectly shorten the cycle of the Product development.This paper first takes study on modeling methods of complex parts. A modeling method of part composite model facing integration is given, which is the composite method of parametric method based on feature and non-parametric method.This method is effective to the development of complex parts.First,this paper analyzes manufacturing process of engine block part, summing up the Principle of sub-structure method based on function.Second,this paper makes function analysis with top-down method.Then the Parametric method of controlling the dimension and the existence of structure feature is also presented, the parametric model of engine block is given.Last,all these sub-structures is merged in order to complete 3D solid modeling.The static finite element analysis of engine block is studying last. Through analyzing thermal and force of piston with pro/mechanic software, their distribution regulars are done.Also its longevity is checked. |
