| China is an earthquake prone country, and there are many medium-sized cities and big-sized cities located in seismic area. and strong earthquake is active in next years, M7 and even more stronger earthquake may occur. However, post-earthquake fire is the most frequent disaster among post-earthquake disasters and its damage is great.After reviewing present research situation and history of risk assessment for civil fire and post-earthquake fire, this paper presents a completed danger class division approach and means for post-earthquake fire, then the danger class division system for post-earthquake fire is conducted by adopting GIS technology. The following aspects about the post-earthquake fire danger class division of the city buildings are mainly studied:1,On the base of the literature and experience, the thesis summarizes the theory and method of syudying fire, introduces the means of risk assessment for civil fire and post-earthquake fire, and definitudes concept of danger class division for post-earthquake fire by GIS.2,The thesis summarizes the means of confirming the unit for class division and utilizes the GIS tool to improve on it.3,The model synthesizing the occur probability and the region fire load is established and the means to confirm the parameter is introduced, then the thesis validates and analyzes the model using a example and the model is used in research of post-earthquake fire in actual cities.4,Taking ArcMap as the platform and using the VBA language inside ArcMap, the post-earthquake fire information management and danger class division system is established. |
