The common characteristics of earthquakes and fires are affecting large scope.The consequences of post-earthquake fire belong to the superposition of earthquake and fire consequences.Therefore,post-earthquake fire is of great significance for nuclear power plant safety.At present,the lack of specific data and appropriate model of post-earthquake fire makes earthquake PRA or fire PRA hard to quantification analyze.At home and abroad also has not yet formed methods of the system analysis for post-earthquake fire.This article refers to the latest research result,using the qualitative and quantitative analysis and situational simulation method to analyze post-earthquake fire.This paper summarizes fire origin of the nuclear power plants and focus on describing the distribution of species,load and fire source,which paves the way for the further quantitative analysis of fire origin and ignition source.As the result,the probability of single fire origin is calculated.Then,the way of calculating fire probability of dimensional administrative levels is got by using of fire safety assessment method of nuclear power plants.In addition,in view of the equipment failure model,this paper analyzes the relationship of the seismic peak acceleration and pipe critical crack size,which optimizes equipment failure model.At the same time,this paper analyzes the relationship between the output power of some ignition source(short circuit and arc)and their inner parameters and compares some common fuel ignition energy,which is better instruction for the fuel on fire probability model.What's more,this paper considers the effect of the response time fire protection system to the fire development and puts forward the function between the probability of fire can be controlled and fire redundant response time.This function detailly describes the development rule of fire and fire spreading probability.On the basis of existing data,this paper simulates the plant diesel engine plant and its underground cable corridor and assesses their development under the condition of normal and post-earthquake.It can indicate the influence of the development of the fire by the earthquake.The result shows the importance of fire protection system for nuclear power plants.Finally,based on the research of nuclear power plant reliability assurance program method,this paper selects the importance and sensitivity as the target,quantitatively analyzes the fire control system for of the nuclear power plant diesel engine plant and classifies the equipment,which is the further application of post-earthquake fire and reliability assurance program research.
