Meanwhile, the existence of cracks destroys the continuity, the integrity and the artistry of the pavement, deteriorates the quality of the pavement, shorten the service life of the pavement. Therefore it is very essential to apply the prevention and cure measures to prevent and delay cracking of the structure of asphalt in cement and fly ash stabilized crushed-stones base.This article takes Shaolin Temple -Luoyang highway as a backing, through thoroughly analyzing shrinkage crack mechanism and the product and expanding mechanism of reflection cracking, meanwhile, according to actual conditions and a large amount of study materials both at home and abroad, the article analyzes the temperature field of asphalt in cement and fly ash stabilized crushed-stones base, study the technology of saw kerfs in advance and affixing kerfs. At the base of this, the engineering about the prevention and cure measures is constructed and tested, the economy analysis about semi-rigid asphalt pavement that apply the measures of saw kerfs in advance and affixing kerfs is carried out. The study indicates that semi-rigid asphalt pavement that apply the measures of saw kerfs in advance and affixing kerfs has few amounts of cracks, the preferable service capability and the good economic benefit, at the same time, the construction craft is simple. Hence, it is worth while to generalize and apply the prevention and cure measures of saw kerfs in advance and affixing kerfs.
