The application technology of new scaffolds is one of"The New Ten Technology of Construction", which the Department of Construction zealously popularizes. Plug-pin steel tube scaffold is a new scaffold system, invented by Mr. Li Zhihua from Si Chuan province Hua Tong structural technological limited company. Plug-pin steel tube scaffold is provided with favorable structural capability and economic benefit, such as rationalizing structure, advancing the speed of setting and backout, economizing time and materials, and so on.In this paper, we will make use of SAP2000 to study ultimate bearing capacity of plug-pin steel tube scaffold with different dead loads, live loads, wind loads and different sizes, heights, fly-pasts, poles that connect scaffold with wall, knightheads. In succession, we will search the disciplinarian of the results, in order to open out the influence that different parameters bring to scaffolds. With this understanding, we will study diversified academic destabilizing forms of plug-pin steel tube scaffold, and discuss the stress conditions of every construction members. Finally, we will propose some plans for the current technology of plug-pin steel tube scaffold.On this condition, we will test the safe capability of plug-pin steel tube scaffold by carrying out some experiments in locale. Then we will research the holistic stress conditions of representative scaffolds, and contrast the results of experiments and theoretical arithmetic. At last, we will find out the difference of two results and analyze the reasons.
