Study On Reuse Technology Of The Motorcycle System Design

The Chinese motorcycle produces output arrange continuously at the world front row, the product also export to many distant markets area such as central Asia, Southeast Asia, Africa. The motorcycle industry has become an important strength of national economy. But, our country's motorcycle enterprise are not strong enough. They are lack of independently innovates. The technical level greatly is low, the product scale is not high, and so do the competitive power. In order to enhance our country motorcycle enterprise's design level, strengthens their domestic international competitive power, the design reuse technology has been introduced.Design reuse technology, in brief, is to apply the past design experience in current design activity. In the process of functional design, system design, structural design, detailed design and technological design, the past design achievement are reused. And the enterprises'design resources are also been reused, cited or consulted to realize the product's fast design.The expert system aimed to reuse the design information of the product in system design process, to farthest reuse the design resources in order to strengthen the enterprises'ability of design.And the reasoning mechanism is the core of expert system, which is used to combine the design experiences, rules and cases by some special strategy and arithmetic to server the whole expert system.Take motorcycle design expert system constructing as background, this paper researched the principle of expert system, the strategy and arithmetic of reasoning, and the material flow of reasoning mechanism. The method of case based reasoning and rule based reasoning has been introduced. And a prototype of motorcycle design expert system reasoning mechanism has been constructed. The main research work of the thesis includes:â‘ In the base of introducing approximately the entire motorcycle intelligence design system, this paper studied the design expert system concept, the function and the relations with other design modules emphatically.â‘¡Some strategy of case based reasoning has been introduced. After researching their advantages and shortcomings, a strategy of combine the case based reasoning method in the system design flow has been found.
