Research And Realization Of Collaborative Design Technique Within A Corporation

Under the current motorcycle design, because of different specialties and different departments, the men that take part in the product design have many inconveniences in manpower communion. They are lack of clear understand to the border issues of the process of product development and conflicts always happen between different departments. This results in many problems of products, such like manufacture, assembly, maintenance and so on. So it can't satisfy the customers'needs effectively. In view of this situation, the paper puts forward collaborative design.In the design of product design, the designers reinforce relations through collaborative design platform. It can solve the problems in the design in time. Through this measure, it can quicken the product development pace, take the market quickly. The mainly contents in this paper are as followings.In the first chapter, it analyses the current design in motorcycle manufacturing enterprises. To the phenomena of repeatedly redesigns, overlong development cycle which are because of that the men who are in different specialties and different departments and take part in the product design have many inconveniences in manpower communion. It puts forward collaborative design and analyses to the actual researches insides and outsides. In the second chapter, it mainly does some researches to the collaborative design inside enterprises. On the aspect of design flow, it puts forward process collaboration of item level. Through the process modeling and process perform of product development, it progresses organizations management, task management and workflow management of the item. Through this mean we can carry through technique communication, solve problems in time and finish product development task. Then, it does some researches to the realization means, key technique, research means of collaborative design, the relations between collaborative design and collaborative work and so on. Because of the significance of assemble in three-dimension design. The paper also do some research to the modeling technique of CAD, assemble operations and collaborative assemble. In the third chapter, it mainly researches the applied share of synchronization collaboration, communication technique, voice management, token control and so on.
