Wind Engine Blade Vibration Research And Protection

This paper first discusses the advantages of the wind power generation and the wind turbine blade industry in China,including its development in the future and present situation,its main content is studying how to protect the wind engine blade. Considering the trendency of wind turbine development and the problem in movement,referencing overseas correlation product,independently develops the wind turbine's vibration protection module of blade. Through the fundamental research of the blade destruction, the digital filter software, the monolithic integrated circuit system software and hardware, the vibration acceleration sensor realizes the vibration protection together. The module have two functions:one is blade's vibration protection and the other is the rotor's rotational speed protects.Firstly, discus the blade destruction mechanism, in order to learn about the reason of the blade being destroyed,and then designing the protecting plan. Sencondly,according to FFT and IIR, using the C language realize the algorithm, and procedure realization method selection according to the monolithic integrated circuit itself hardware resources. Finally,draw up the hardware circuit diagram and confirming the procedure result. Hardware controller uses the AT89C51 monolithic integrated circuit,A/D transformation uses 12 bit transformations chips MAX187, has completed the design of a front channel for sampling and processing the simulated signal . And considing the possible of signal distorts the situation in this switching process.The paper mainly divides into five parts, first about the anemometer blade's domestic and foreign present situations, then narrated the blade's air operated structure and the expiration forms, in this foundation, proposed the blade protection technical plan, finally separately realized two aspects concrete narrations protection module design from the hardware design and the procedure.The paper researches the blade's destruction way, then ,finding the protection ways of the blade ,at last realize it using software and the hardware .At the present, the prototypical doesn't make out. the article only builds a foundation for the further analysis.
