Network reconfiguration is an important part of the distribution system, and the research of it has been quite active in the past ten years. Under such the situation that economy is developing rapidly and power supply is short day by day, it can improve security and economy of power system and exert the potentiality of existing distribution network through distribution network reconfiguration, which has great economic benefits and social benefits.The thesis discusses the home and foreign methods of distribution reconfiguration algorithm and distribution power calculation. It makes a deep analysis of the convergence and iterative number of time of Newton method and back/forward sweep method. It compares all the reconfiguration algorithms. Using nonlinear programming theory it can get optimization result, but calculation time is very long; Optimal flow calculation method needs calculate distribution power flow repeated; Branch-exchange method can make sure distribution network configuration which can reduce line loss rapidly, but the optimization result obtained relates to initial operation way of the distribution network; Utilizing ANN can reduce the time of distribution network reconfiguration greatly, but the precision is limited; The key of SA convergence lies in the choosing anneal scheme; The expert system can reduce the network loss but can not guarantee to get the global optimizaiton result; GA has many speciality in network reconfiguration, it will get more application in network reconfiguration if we can combine with the distribution system peculiarity and improve the convergent speed and astringency. So the thesis studies network reconfiguration with the fuzzy self-adaptation genetic algorithm.The thesis simplifies distribution network, regarding distribution transformer and substation as nodes, distribution line as branches, supposing that there are switches (including block switch and connective switch )on each branch, the node, branch, switch serial number are identical; On the basis of analyzing structural characteristic of the distribution network, the distribution power flow and the memory way in the branch data have been analyzed and researched; At last it constructs mathematical...
