At the municipal and environmental engineering construction, urban sewage pipe network share a large percentage of the total investment. For the sewage pipe network to optimize the design, seeking to meet a variety of technical conditions, and make installation or operation of the entire system the lowest-cost program, which not only enrich and expand the value of optimal design method, but also has clear economic and social benefits.This article based on road Tak Planning and related geographic information, which focused on studying the sewage pipe network layout, Because the optimal layout of the sewage pipe network for the branch-like structure, and therefore, according to graph theory established the layout of urban sewage pipe network system of bi-directional network graph model, and the Floyd algorithm is obtained using the improved sewer network system for the optimal layout of the program. In the sewage pipe network layout to determine basis, according to the hydraulic characteristics of the sewage pipe network, which through the establishment of the sewage pipe network hydraulic calculation of the basic mathematical model, the integrated use of two optimization method and global optimization of the basic idea of,this method of optimizing the design of sewers choose the smallest possible design flow is full of as much as possible the design of large degree, optimized separately from the choice of pipe diameter, pipe and pipeline optimization of three aspects of convergence optimization mode chosen to propose an optimal laying method. And through the sewage pipe network project investment costs compared to more investment costs in each channel at the same time, taking into account the total investment of the entire pipeline network to achieve global optimization objective so that the minimum investment in the project.I thought the use of the above optimization using Matlab language, compiled optimized design process, and optimied the sewage pipe network.At the same time, this article through the sewage pipe network cost function analysis of various factors, which combines practical engineering applications. In this paper, "Municipal Engineering Investment Estimation indicators" the fourth volume of drainage works (2007 edition) and the Shaanxi engineering materials management information 2009 No.5, for data sources, applying multi-linear regression method to determine the suitable areas in Xi'an of reinforced concrete pipe, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) double-wall corrugated pipes and sewage lifting pumping stations cost function. The final research results apply to a county in northern Shaanxi sewage pipe network optimization design, by optimizing the comparative analysis to reduce the 8.40%of project investment, through the practice shows that the optimization method proposed in this paper and the cost function is feasible and practical.
