This paper research on the Technology of synchronous record andsynchronous recurrence of motion , it includes two contents. The one is thattechnology of synchronous record of motion.It means that motion singals andaudio-video singnals on the spot are collected and recorded synchronouslythroughthe motion recorded device , while goal object moves;and then the recorded motionsingals and audio-video singals are reappeared by the motion reappeareddevice .The other means the technology of synchronous simulation online ofmotion .It means that the motion singnals and audio-video singnals recorded on thespot are transferred to the far-ended controlled computer through wireless network;synchronously the recorded motion singnals and audio-video singnals arereappeared based on motion simulator system.Technology of synchro record and simulation online of motion is high leveltechnology of hydraulic-mechotronics, including advance mechanism techniqueand information technique and control technique and computer-network techniquein present age, and so on. In military affairs, aviation and spaceflight, vehicle test,and pastime industry the technique of synchro record and simulation online ofmotion has widely use.This paper combined the applicantion-based project of synchronous recordand synchronous recurrence technology of 3 DOF motion which is supported byJilin Province. Based on the research of domestic and international theories ofparallel mechanism , motion simulator, digital video and wireless networkcommunication, etc. The dissertation does thorough research the technology ofsynchronous record and synchronous recurrence of 3 DOF motion, we have set upthe system of synchronous record and synchronous recurrence of 3 DOF motion. Itcan finish online simulation,synchronous record and synchronous recurrence of 3DOF motion. Divide the whole system into the wireless network communicationsubsystem in the dissertation, motion signal,video audio signals synchronousrecord subsystem, synchronous recurrence subsystem, have explained in detail thatevery subsystem's function, operation principle and hardware. At the same time wedo research and analyze of kinematics and servo system of the hydraulic pressureof 3 DOF motion simulator, have finished the design of hydraulic pressure systemand servo controller. Have done the detailed explanation too in related softwaredevelopment to system, and finished analyze by the test finally.Combining the reserch of theory and experiments, we have achieved theconclusions as follow:1,We have realized synchronous record of 3 DOF motion signal and videoaudio signals. Adopt the acceleration to examine the displacement law to measure 3DOF motion,Assign three acceleration sensors at goal body according to certainform to measure the line acceleration or angle acceleration firstly,adopt specialintegral algorithm to solve the line displacement and angle displacement tofollowing, finish the collection of 3 DOF motion signal. Utilize videos card,colorvidicon and stereo set to collect the video audio signals at the same time,and adoptthe professional software to edit video vision , guarantee all the signals be collectedsimultaneously strictly.2,We have realized online simulation of 3 DOF motion. Convey from thesensor signal of the acceleration of local computer to the host computer by wirelessnetwork communication at first, host computer sends signals to the servo controllerto control the motion of 3 DOF motion simulator, realize the online simulation.3,We have set up the synchronous recurrence subsystem for 3 DOF motionand video of vision and audio. Host computer sends signals to the servo controllerto control the motion of 3 DOF motion simulator to realize the recurrence of themotion, figure computer control player to realize video and audio recurrence at thesame time. Two computers adopt wired network link, keep the real-timecommunication, when the host computer controls motion reproduce beginning orfinish, sends news to figure computer, so master control program and videoprogram begin, over synchronously, guarantee motin and video all be reproducedsimultaneously strictly.4,Finished the kinematics analyse of 3 DOF motion simulator, it discussed thedegree of freedom of 3-RPS simulator and deduced both direct and reversekinematics equations. At the same time we have annlysed hydraulic pressure servosystem of 3 DOF motion simulator, finished the design of hydraulic pressuresystem of electric servo position control system and servo controller on this basis.And the situation not meeting the demands to the systematic performance index ,get the parameter of the controller by software and experiments.5,Have described software development under Windows98 operating systemand Visual C ++ 6.0 development environment exhaustivly, how to realize differenthost computer adopt wireless and wired network to reliable data transmission andother key technology such as muti-thread, VxD(Virtual Device Driver),etc. Weexpound the character and scope of application of UDP and TCP/IP protocol indetail, and select UDP protocol for the use of software development. Thiscommunication way can meet the demands of real-time and credibility duringdata transmission,it can finish data transmission between moving objects and solvethe drawback of dependence on the physics line of the network communication. Wefinished development of software.This paper has researched on The 3 DOF motion Simulation System. Wehave set up the whole hardware system and finished related software development,have realized synchronous record,online simulatin and synchronous recurrence.Through the experiments of synchronous record and synchronous recurrence, weget the satisfied result, prove the validity of the mentioned method,the feasibilityof the scheme adopted by the system and the reliability of the related software.Theresearch we have done is of great theory meaning and realistic meaning,it impulsefurther investigation of the technology synchronous record and synchronousrecurrence of 6 DOF motion,and also offere practical experience and keytechnology for the practical application and popularization in industries, such asamusement simulator,innervated film, etc.
