The paper take No.2 unit of beilun as research object, after analyzing the characteristics of single phase heat transfer surface, a chain structure lumped-parameter mathematical model is provided. Based on the feature of two-phase fluid flow and heat transfer, a nonlinear lumped-parameter mathematical model is given. Based on the characteristics of the fuel-air system of the boiler, the fuel-air system model is raised. The modeling method for tri-sectional regenerative air pre-heater is improved and a new modeling method based on lumped-parameter is presented. Based on the feature of steam turbine system of 600MW, turbine system model is given. Model of body of turbine system, condenser system, Deaerator system, and bypass system are given. System configuration and system debug is studied by existing simulation system. Simulation result under normal mode and multi perturbation mode has supplied. The result has proved that these models could describe the dynamic operation accurately, and satisfy the request of the real-time simulation.
