At present, structural reliability is studied and only stayed in the level of the structure component, do not correspond to real situation. The use of the structure system reliability theory will remedy this defect , expand the research of structure reliability to the level of the structure system and enhance scientificalness of the reliability study.First of all, the thesis introduces analyzing the structure component reliability of the reinforced concrete frame with the reliability theory of the structure, the distribution probability of loads, combination of loads effect are studied, Using the "asi-Rosenblatt-Hasofer-Lind Algorithm" calculate the failure probability. Then it introduces analyzing the reinforced concrete frame with the structure system reliability theory, adopts the bound criterion and algorithms on the base of system's critical strength, and introduces the soft control bound into the identification of dominant failure modes, evaluates failure probability range of the structure system with the Ditlevsen failure probability bound;at the same time, with the incremental load method ,probability index and failure probability precisely under no leaking the dominant failure modes. Finally, an engineering example is analyzed, the reliability of structural components and failure probability range of the structure system is calculated. Through comparing the failure probability range of the structure system with the Ditlevsen failure probability bound and the failure probability with differential equalized recursive method, it is illuminated that the precision of the two can be full the request of the project structure analyzing. It is tested that the method is effective.
