In this essay concerning mountainy campus, I bring forward the topic and then analyse it and finally search for the solution.In the first part of the paper, I expound the importance of my research under the background of the development of mountainy campus in my country and research status quo referring to it, as well as the aim, outline and investigating approach of it.Then I summarize the historic evolution and relative affecting factors about space of the mountainy campus and explore some problem in nowadays mountainy campus design. I also analyse the space inscape and the space character of mountainy campus and advance certain principles regarding to it, such as adjusting measures to local conditions and distributing flexiblility, designing respectively and shaping the character, rebuilding as well as utilizing, zoology first and creating easy mountainous surroundings and landscaping living conditions.Finally, in the aspect of general arrangement, exterior corresponding space, environment landscape, architecture form, human culture and local character, I illustate character creating of mountainy campus thoroughly. And then argue for it on the ground of my analyse with regard to some typical inland case of mountain campus and design practice of the writer.
