With the development of national economy and improvement of the living standards of the people, the railway transportation of both travellers and goods increases year by year. When the technical equipment of exsiting railway ability can't meet the needs of increasing in transporting, it needs to strengthen technological transformation and ability. As one of design considerations of the speed-raising reconstruction project of railways, objective speed should be confirmed cautiosly and rationally.On the basis of the existing fuzzy mathematics method and theory, this paper studys the aid decision questions of fuzzy optimum seeking in the reconstruction project of the exsiting railway, consulting to the exsiting researched results, technological method and advanced thinking that have been in this field.Especially regard to the reconstruction project at present in our country, this paper considers the transportation mode, fully analyses and studies all the influencing factors in speed-up reconstructing objects in order to expand transportation and increasing economic efficiency. At the same time, it will use fuzzy optimum seeking and fuzzy weight theory to seek the satisfully objective speed considering the economical factors. That plays a role actively in promoting intelligently for the decision scientifical of objective speed in the existing railway.The main content of this paper include:1. Regard to technological condition and characteristics in the reconstruction project of the exsiting railway, study the decision experiences and methods in the high-speed and newly-built railway;2. The main factors influencing the decision of objective speed in the existing railwayw are analyzed deeply. These factors not only determine how to appraise, but also are the important indexs of the final appraisal result;3. On the basis of exsiting methods from the high-speed and newly-built railway in solving fuzzy optimum seeking of objective speed, regard to theobjective speed in the existing railway, provide the solution and thinking for the system of fuzzy optimum seeking;4. Take the fuzzy optimization as the decision support for the decision scientifical of objective speed in the existing railway. In order to make its subjective matter realize in the system, provide an aid decision system of fuzzy optimum seeking of the objective speed in the existing railway;5. An example case is given to analys to provde the feasibility of the aid decision system of fuzzy optimum seeking regard to the objective speed in the existing railway.
