The none-motile alternately working two-pot device is a new type of the alternately working one, which is the individual invents of researcher Zeng Xiangwei. The device applied in so many places, such as chemical industry, petroleum, gas, machinery, metallurgy and so on, is mainly used to clean, dry, or filter the oil or the gas these places. The device is designed based on the none-motile control technology, and it can do reciprocate motion and the rotatory movement and can be controlled automatically in scheduled recurrent work. Therefore, the hydraulic control system and the PLC technology are employed in this thesis to implement the reciprocator, rotation and automatically scheduled recurrent work.First, the working process, target, environment of the device, and the movements of every component are explained; And then, the focal points: the hydraulic control and PLC automatic control are detailedly researched and designed; Finally, suggestions on the further development with the research and the application of the device are given out.Electromotor starting, hydraulic pump running, electro-hydraulic valve switching and hydraulic cylinder moving are all controlled automatically by PLC to satisfy the movement demand. The researches include confirming and optimizing the control scheme of the hydraulic system, designing and calculating of the hydraulic component parameters and the temperature checking of the hydraulic system. The confirming and optimizing of the PLC automatic scheduled control, the designing of the PLC software and hardware, and the anti-jamming of the control system are also studied. At last, the automatically control program LAD is shown.
