An Overall Design Of The Urban Planning Management Information System Based On Multi-software Technology

With the fast development of the economy and information technology in our society, a lot of work such as urban construction and land development become more and more heavy .The management of urban planning has also entered the modem management model which makes use of the urban planning management information system to replace the traditional manual operating model.Therefore,It is necessary to inquire into its application foreground and development trend through the study on the related theory and design content of the urban planning management information system.Our country has begun the research on the urban planning management information system since the late 1980's. At present, the urban panning management information system has been used in the construction of many cities and has gained considerable effect. However, not all the systems can succeed because of the softwares. Considering the present problems, in this article, we deploy our research from the viewpoint of applying the multi-software technology to the design of urban planning management information system. So we come to the conclusion through both the theory and design contents. Then we can reach our aims in raising the management efficiency of urban planning, encouraging the public to participate in the urban planning and extending the application of the urban planning management information system.In this article, we spread our research on the parts of theory explanation and example design. From the theory part, the theory of data and information related to the urban planning information system is introduced first. Then the building up of urban information management database is discussed. Finally some core technology used in the urban planning management information system is specified. It is meaningful for the next part to combine the theory with instances.The instance part is mainly about the information system overall design for the Cheng Yang District in Qing Dao City. We analyze the urban planning management information system from the aspects of design objective, design principle, overall frame and system realizing. Then the beneficial analysis is given. Finally we reach the major conclusion of the research.
