Usually, The process to complete a project can be divided into several stages and each stage contains many sub-process. There are relative fixed program, procedure, methods, standard of clecking and accepting and so on to accomplish those sub-process. It is relativly easy to accomplish the supervisory work as the daily regular management question is order and standard. In accordance with undifimte and risky questions which caused by the prosess incarring out a project, the supervisory work to cope with these question is quite complex and perplex, usually there is no capable method to solve the question. It is not exaggerate to say that the most important task are analyzing and dealing with the undifinite and risky questions.As manager of a project, if you want to manage project successfully, you would must deal with the risk of project successfully.
