After more than 100 years of studies and developments, the endoscope had taken an important role in the diagnosing medical instrument. In recent years, wireless electronic endoscopes with characteristics such as high-resolution, electronic formation of image, indolence have appeared. Such as wireless micro endoscope controlled by external magnetic field has a widespread prospect for applying in medical engineering, it has the characteristic of minor injury, painless and low treatment cost.To accomplish detection and maintaining, wireless endoscope must have its own close loop control system, the ability of location is critical. Because of wireless endoscope own characteristics, on line non-contact location to wireless endoscope remains an unsolved problem. In this paper, a new locating method for wireless endoscope is developed.Firstly, the wireless endoscope are introduced, the research situation and main research contents and correlation technology are analyzed. Secondly, some micro robot location technology and sensors are compared and analyzed, some theory problems are researched deeply, such as magnetic location principle and sensor. Thirdly, the whole structure design and characteristics of the magnetic location system are introduced, the research value and difficulties are explained. Then has calculated the column permanent magnet magnetic field model in the endoscope, and used ANSYS finite element analysis software to carry on the simulation analysis to the permanent magnet space magnetic field. In the article in detail introduced the permanent magnet model two-dimensional, the three dimensional finite element model establishment, the analysis process and the analysis result. According to analyzed the obtained result to carry on the model simplification, enhanced the analysis efficiency. In the model establishment foundation, finally aims at the magnetic localization the principle, proposed locates the electric circuit based on the monolithic integrated circuit PIC16F877 in endoscope the design mentality.
