Ex-post Environmental Impact Evaluation Of High Voltage Transmission Project

The ex-post environmental impact evaluation of high voltage transmission project is a new directionof power system research. Based on relative documents and experts' experiences of power designdepartments, this thesis discusses the choice principles of main factors of environmental impact of highvoltage transmission project. And it designs the basic structure of appraisal index system of high voltagetransmission project and gives the simple form of index system according to the high voltage transmissionproject practice and the area's characteristic. Besides, this article analyses and then gives three quantifiedindexes describing ex-post environmental impact evaluation of high voltage transmission project, whichincludes plants impact index, soil erosion impact index and landscape sensitivity of high voltagetransmission project. At the same time, it introduces the specific methods of index describing ex-postenvironmental impact evaluation of high voltage transmission project. In addition, this thesis cites fuzzytheory to estimate the level of environment protection of high voltage transmission project, and designsmembership functions for plants impact index, soil erosion impact index and landscape sensitivity, and alsogives the calculation process of environmental impact synthetic index of high voltage transmission project.The effectiveness of above methods for evaluation can be proved by the example.
