Basing on the design method of the spiral volute , the influence to the centrifugal pumpperformance for the partial factor in the inlet and outlet water room ,the flow of the inneroutlet water room and the loss of it, aiming at the centrifugal pump impeller of the 4# and 1#unit in Zhengzhou Heat Power Plant, make a matching design and a alteration to thebaffle tongue of the designed volute and the laryngeal, analyze that how the partial designinfluence the centrifugal pump performance, so that it can optimize the pump first design;Study that how the centrifugal pump capacity influences the outlet room pressuredistribution,To the section plane select Put forward the theory reference that matches the factbetter. Compare calculated efficiency between that from the empirical formula and that fromconsidering the concrete part loss, To the centrifugal pump design when consider margin ,giveout the more accurate basis.
