Research And Development Of Expert System For Fault Diagnosis On Shafts Vibration Of Steam Turbine

To meet the demands of online inspection and analysis of steam turbine, this paper studies,analyses, designs and establishes preliminarily the shafting vibration fault diagnosis expertsystem of steam turbine. Expert systematic structure has been gone deep into research,combined with the needs of the shafting fault diagnosis of steam turbine, analyses the faultdiagnosis elephant;it is studied that for expert system diagnoses knowledge rule and theknowledge base is established based on combination of feature base;For fault diagnosisinference, diagnosis method is discussed, in application match degree carry out inferenceorder and conflict the strategy of clearing up on, fuzzy neural network is applied to carry outinference diagnosis, and analyses the data input interface;In expert system design, theapplication of the thought of project software is carried out to analyze for systematic demand,function, structure and the organization of expert system;At last, on this foundation, theshafting fault diagnosis expert system of steam turbine has been developed preliminarily.
