This paper analyses the status quo of heating air-conditioner in our country in order tosolve the sustainable development of energy sources and environment protection. It provesthat homogeneous heating (air-conditioning) system is effective and of energy-saving.This paper emphasizes on the principles, capability, economical estimate methods andthe schemes of the homogeneous heating (air-conditioning) system. Then it applies the systemto some teaching experiment building in Beijing, to analyze technical economy feasibility andtestify its superiority on energy-saving.The design of homogeneous heating (air-conditioning) system is a complicated processwith a lot of work to do. However, the traditional design method is time -consuming andinaccurate. Therefore, this paper brings forward a practical computer aided design forhomogeneous heating (air-conditioning) system, which improves the quality and R&Defficiency of the system design and shortens the design cycle.
