Found out the shape of burner nozzle and angle , investigate the problem ofuneven wind rate of burner nozzle through conduct of cold testing.,and conclude the reasonof fouling and think over the countermeasures.identify the cause of fouling due to badventitlating situation and uneven granulavity of Coal Powder through performanceoptimization test of Coal Powde poepration system,and put forward solutions to solve theproblem. Study the factors of fouling in terms of combustion through measurement ofcombustion efficiency of boiler, test of oxygen content and test of changing primary andsecondary wind and summarize reasonable settings of oxygen, wind speed and rate to giveguidance to real operation. |
