The CBICT(Converter Based on the Intelligent Control Technology) is an important establishment of electric-automation and intelligent control, which is on intimate terms with cross-link of the following subjects-Control, Electric, Electronics, Computer, artificial intelligence, etc. The developing the CBICT has not only been of science study value but also been of value applied to practice.In the develop process of the intelligent hardware and software of system, which are elaborately schemed and designed. The hardware of system is made up of circuit cored around DSP (Digital Signal Processer) and IPM(Intelligent Power Module);Software of system contains EKF (Extend Kalman Filter) algorithm and intelligent PID control strategy based on improved BP-NN (Back Propagation-Neural Network) .The hardware of system consists of the major loop, control loop, protect loop, communication interface circuit, etc;The software of system realized by programming mingled C language and assembly language is made up of the main program, control module subprogram, CAN(Controller Area Network) communication subprogram, interrupt service routine subprogram, etc.Much importance is attached to the quality—ideal reliability and EMC (Electro Magnetic Compatibility) design, which is first and even strict. The thesis, in the whole develop process of the CBICT, eliminates the main sources of the electromagnetic interference by earthing, masking and isolating.The thesis also studies the equivalent mathematical model and FOC(Field Orient Control)control method of the main load of inverter- three-phase asynchronous-motor, great emphasis is put on the transformation of coordinates and space vector PWM( Pulse Width Modulation ).In the end, stimulations under advanced circumstance show that the system has ideal rapidity, precision, robustness reliability, anti-disturbance performance.
