| Building reconstruction and restoring means change original structure in order to adapt new requirement, or restore damaged structure through some effective measures in order to adapt new requirement of structure under new service conditions. It is a comprehensive subject which studies structure dynamic reliability and maintenance theory during structure's using stage .It has been a traditional construction technology for a long time which was used in building's reconstruction and restoring field, different reasons and method of reconstruction was carried on the existing buildings, but for a long time people often get used to the experience method, lack systematic analysis and theoretical research, so it is necessary to carry on tests and analysis in order to develop the reconstruction technology, offer reference and basis for the optimization design of technology in reconstruction technology.This paper takes an example of a cutting columns supported with backet in frame works, taking reconstruction of frame works as the research object in this thesis, the research work was provided as a reference for the popularization and application of reconstruction projects, a series of testing and finite element analysis were done to the steel transfer truss beam as follow:1. According to the specific requirements of reconstruction project, steel transfer truss beam have been applied to carry out cutting columns supported with backet to expand the intercolumniation in frame works, load transfer route after cutting columns and the components of steel transfer truss beam was designed.2. The load experiment of steel transfer truss beam has been carried out during the construction of cutting column. The distribution rules of the displacement and strain are analyzed for each loading level. At the same time test facilities was used in information inspection construction method to monitor the construction process of re construction so as to insure cutting column reconstruction project carry out successfully.3. Finite element analysis method was used to build up the finite element calculation model of the steel transfer truss beam and frame works, we validate the rationality of calculating model through the contrast analysis between model experimental outcome and finite element simulation analytical outcome, its relative error is around 10%. |
