The research and development of vehicle is a complicated system engineering that includes many disciplines or subsystems. In order to obtain the best performance, a lot of repeated work must be done during the research process to make each subsystem assort with each other. But in the traditional design mode, each subsystem is designed independently, the contact among them is not enough close, it is too hard to achieve the best performance. This kind of design mode has already can't satisfied with the request of the modern vehicle design now, multidisciplinary integration optimize design method will be the essential design mode in the future, it can great improve the problem which existed in the traditional mode. But in order to realize multidisciplinary integration optimize design, it's must to have the support of integration design framework software. Therefore it's important to research the design method of advanced integration design framework to improve the level of vehicle design.This paper combines the conceptual design of a type hypersonic vehicle, carried out the primary research work to the application of multidisciplinary integration design software in the vehicle design process. It's have important reference value to the design of owner integration design framework software. The work of this paper include:1. The structure scheme of a certain type of hypersonic vehicle is studied, a parameterization model of the vehicle is set up, parameterization geometry model and drive of the vehicle is carried out.2. The interface design method of the structure finite element analysis software named MSC.Nastran to the AML integration design framework is studied, and dynamics mode analysis of the hypersonic vehicle is performed.3.The interface design method of the computational fluid dynamics analysis software named FLUENT to the AML integration design framework is studied, and primary CFD analysis of the hypersonic vehicle is performed.4.The integration method of the control system design tool named MATLAB to the AML integration design framework is studied.
