Pressure impact is a kind of mechanical shock wave that is triggered by the sudden alters of hydraulic system's fluxion parameters. Its strength always multiples the system's stable pressure, and this is harmful for the system in most cases. Pressure impact becomes a chief obstacle when making fluid driving system to accomplish fast tempo and accurate control. At the same time, it is an important reason for oscillation of the pipeline system, and the damages of instrument, meters and elements. Therefore, from the point of engineering application, research on irregular fluxion's dynamic behavior and empoldering divinable engineering applied software have important meaning to raise accuracy, reliability and economy of hydraulic system's design.The hydraulic impulse testing is one of the most basic and the most important quality testing items of the hydraulic accessories and pipelines join pieces. This paper aims at instantaneous process of the hydraulic impulse testing machine, does research on pipeline system's effect the hydraulic impulse in transient state. Based on the hydraulic impulse testing machine model, the pipeline system and other hydraulic accessories' influence on the impulse press is calculated to find out the factors that affects the impulse press, and modeling and simulation in this paper is verified after comparing with the results of practical experiment. The results of simulation shows that hydraulic impulse testing machine model based on characteristic method can reveal the relation between pipeline system's parameters and hydraulic impulse's result theoretically. Moreover, it has practical referenced effects while optimizing the control of hydraulic impulse testing machine, improving adaptive modification ability for hydraulic impulse result, and prolonging hydraulic impulse testing machine's working life.
